Monitoring and Management

 

Monitoring and Management is not just simply to report negative issues to the customer. MAI can configure monitoring and alerting protocols for a very specific set of customer driven requirements. Thus giving MAI the ability to provide warning of issues long before they cause serious problems such as prolonged down time during key business hours.

 

MAI can provide a system of monitors to review all activities and determine the overall health of the infrastructure. These efforts can be provided on customer premises or from one of our Network Operations Centers.
