Help Desk Services

 

The day to day operations of any IT Support Team is the Help Desk Function. The Help Desk is the centralized repository, dispatch and communication hub of all things IT. This is typically the face end-users see and where they turn to in cases of trouble. This is also where MAI is able to take a pulse of the environment as a whole to determine the health of all the services and environment.

 

MAI can provide a centralized help desk system with end-to-end services to answer calls, record the service request, track and monitor requests for information technology services, event notifications, and coordinate TAC requests. MAI currently uses the highly featured SpiceWorks to accomplish Help Desk projects, but we will work with any of the customer's preferred Help Desk platforms.
