MAI continues to develop strategic alliances with manufacturers that offer cutting-edge technology at competitive prices. A key element to MAI is that we concentrate on a few best of the breed products and we are committed to training our personnel to be experts on these products.

While we are vendor independent, our alignment to the main product manufacturers means that we keep abreast of emerging technologies, allowing us to offer objective advice to our clients. The combination of skilled staff and vendor alignment means we are capable of designing solutions that are technically innovative.

Reflecting the multi-vendor nature of networks today, our support services division has invested heavily to attain relevant vendor accreditations in network maintenance and support skills. MAI has strategic relationships with leading equipment manufacturers and other vendors such as Enterasys, Cisco Systems, Visual Networks, Aprisma, and others.

Cisco Systems is a recognized worldwide leader in networking products for the Internet. Cisco offers solutions for the wide area, remote access, VPNs, and multi-service networking for the convergence of data, voice and video into hybrid systems. Cisco's networking solutions connect people, computing devices and computer networks, allowing people to access or transfer information without regard to differences in time, place or type of computer system. MAI is a Platinum Partner and has been working with Cisco for 5 years to provide our customers with a top quality, best of breed product line.

Enterasys Networks (formerly Cabletron) provides powerful and intelligent infrastructure solutions for today's Global 2000 enterprise customers. Enterasys is a leader in the LAN/WAN communications industry. Enterasys is one of the best of breed vendors that MAI deals with consistently.

Visual Networks, designer and manufacturer of WAN service level management systems for technologies such as Frame Relay, IP/Internet, and ATM services, has been a close partner with MAI since the inception of both companies in the early 1990s. MAI is one of Visual Networks' largest resellers, having a technical prowess with the entire product line that is unmatched by any other company. Indeed, MAI is the only company selected by Visual Networks to integrate the Program Archive Manager (the PAM), a critical component of the flagship SLA management software, Visual UpTime. Checkpoint Systems is a multinational manufacturer and marketer of retail asset tracking and protection products, including integrated security, automatic identification (auto ID), and retail merchandising solutions. Microsoft develops, manufactures, licenses and supports a wide range of software products for a multitude of computing devices. Microsoft software includes scalable operating systems for intelligent devices, personal computers and servers; server applications for client/server environments; knowledge worker productivity applications; and software development tools. With qualified Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers on staff, MAI has provided Microsoft solutions since it's inception.

Dell is the world's largest direct computer systems company. The Company offers its customers a full range of computer systems, including desktop computer systems, notebook computers, workstations, network servers and storage products, as well as an extended selection of peripheral hardware, computing software and related services. Additionally, the Company offers an array of services to support its customers' online initiatives. MAI has been selling Dell equipment since 1995 with a focus on the PowerEdge server line.
